Note on Pranayama
It is 5:24pm and it is a very hot day in Vancouver and throughout British Columbia as there is a heat dome over the province which is cooking us alive , whilst many are collapsing and sometimes croaking from the hellish heat. It seems as if the fire devas are having a great day exerting themselves over the human population causing all kinds of mischief  from forest fires to heatstroke.
I have learned to regulate my own body temperature through certain yogic breathing exercises and visualizations .
The heart beat is slowed down allowing the mind to have dominion and control over the entire body , and from there it is easy to use techniques to do the needful work.
In the morning I regulate how prana is distributed throughout the entire body through breathing exercises. Prana is cosmic etheric energy that is nourishment  for the finer subtle body , and can be collected and stored within the chakras that regulate and renew  the physical body as well as the activities of the brain matter.
Pranayama is a wonderful technique that can restore the external bodies and renew  one’s youth over a period of time depending on one’s age , health , and wellness. The practice of pranayama harnesses pranic energy from the sun , restoring one’s health and wellbeing to maximum performance.
There is so much potential in the science and practice of pranayama . Therefore I would advise those who are interested to please do one’s research on the subject and learn to master this free cosmic healing energy , your body will love you ❣️ for it through and through.
